This affection for the property is likely derived from a fairly brief look and probably is based almost exclusively on how it is perceived to fulfill your needs, wants and financial situation. Likely, you are willing to tackle most (but not all) types of issues that the property might have, either through adjusting the purchase agreement or by addressing them yourself. Contrary to the belief of a majority of real estate agents, our exhaustiveness and commitment to producing informed buyers is rarely a threat to the sale and never proves to be excessive. Of the few deals that are seriously gashed or rejected after our home inspections, we found that most were the result of artificially high expectations and/ or from evidence of dishonesty surfacing. Unlike The Contract Assassin, our evaluations aren't emotionally charged out of fear that you lack the intelligence to understand them. Most of the concerns we are not required to uncover are very practical and affordable to fix in the near future and often spare you expensive repairs years later.

We have the complete lack of financial interest in your intention to move forward with the purchase of a property that a real estate agent, mortgager and other parties assisting you in the process possess. In fact, one or more of these parties will likely steer you towards one of our competitors who provides them financial security by inspecting as little as legally necessary (less concerns to threaten the sale), explain as little as possible (you may not be inclined to demand correction of certain conditions you do not understand) and is dependant upon the agent for business (referrals often cease when informed clients reject properties).
